Offline mode: offers the ability to pull work orders, including visual step by step guidance and all associated account, asset, and special instructions down to a local and encrypted database on your mobile device. This enables the user to fully perform their work functions when neither 3G/4G nor WiFi is available. Offline data is then synchronized with the back office when the device is back online.
General Procedures: Work Orders can now be dispatched to the mobile client for any type of procedure rather than asset specific work instruction. This opens up the ability to perform many types of work in the field including inspections, surveys, checklists, and payment processing.
Enhanced Procedure Steps: When crafting a procedure to be executed in the field, three new step types have been added to the existing set of conditional data testing tools: First, Text Entry, which allows non-validated free-form text to be entered. Second, Within Set, which allows the user to select an entry from a predefined set up values. Lastly, Yes/No, which allows a simple answer to affirm whether a statement is true or false.
Custom Procedure Reports: Each procedure entered into the system can either produce the default Result report, or can be customized to display a report that has been personalized with company graphics and layout.
Mobile Dispatching: The field technician can now use his mobile device to initiate a new work order and schedule it for immediate execution or for a later date.
Mobile Quotes: Procedures can now be designated as Quote generating procedures so that field technicians can perform their work in the field, and build a CRM quote as the do their work. The quote can be immediately viewed and emailed to a customer, and can be converted to a CRM sales order from the mobile device.
